As the saying goes, "You don't know what you've got till it's gone." We lost ours for 11 days once due to an ice storm,bbbbbrrrrrr, cold. Then once for 3 days in the summer, we roasted. The summertime outage was worse and I don't live in a tropical climate. At least in winter you have body heat.
