ancient Chamorros — and other Micronesian peoples — were master navigators and sailors ... they would traverse thousands of miles in their proas, using the stars for navigation.
and I was doubtful about the steak, but am now a believer!
if I'm having people over, I go all out and marinade and fire up the grill and all that good stuff.
If it's just me, I just defrost them, hit 'em with a bit of salt and pepper, and throw them on the george foreman grill.
