OK ... the novocaine has worn off.I'm waiting for the Vicodin to kick in.
Lucky for me, my boss had foresight and sent me home.

my jaw hurts just thinking about it.
when i had a couple of wisdom teeth suddenly pulled, i still had to work that night (my dentist said i should be fine) and the novocaine wore off just as i was parking my car. that was the most BRUTAL eight hours of work ever.
glad you have some good drugs to help you through! ugh.
