having to go into the office
facing my desk and trying to figure out
all of the stuff I have to do before
I can leave for the day, many hours later.
my desk is adorned with little personal things
many of the football related, some not.
post-its adorn the monitor, even though
I have that program called "stickies;"
I like the tactile quality of physical notes.
the jar on the far left is filled with
double-bubble bubble gum
and people from all over the paper
come by to take some now and then;
they get upset when it goes empty for too long.
just to the left of the monitor
is a sorting unit for much of my daily stuff
and on the front of it is a famous quote
about editorial writers ... see if you can read it.
any questions about any of the aspects of my
immediate working environment?
lemme know in the comments; I'll try to answer.

Dzer, after much manipulation of the image, It says:
Editorial writers come down from the hills after the battle and shoot the wounded. LOL.

“The faces in New York remind me of people who played a game and lost.”

idobcool: yes, I do have a G5 on my desk. Not the same as the dual-processor ones the graphics guys have, but still G5 speedy fast! Heh. And, actually, there are 3 Brian Urlachers up there ... a medium-sized one, a huge one and a bobblehead. :)

You're not fooling me, that desk is too neat to be yours.
kathi: what are you trying to say? I may be slobbish at times, but I'm also anal-retentive, which makes me clean it up the mess now and then LOL
you took the words right out of my mouth, kathi... ! that looks too neat to be ANYONE's desk.
terry: hey! I can't help it if I have a compulsory need to keep my workspace clean!!
