I'm being pressed to get my dog this weekend by a certain unnamed person (*cough*Chrissie*cough*).
I'm considering going this weekend to the animal shelter to see if there's a pooch that fits me.
So ... I have this dilemma.
What to name him. Or her.
I'm thinking of "Dog." Or "Bitch." Something simple.
Maybe something retro. "Rover." "Butch." "Fido."
Any suggestions from you jokers?

I'm horrible at naming pets! My cat didn't have a name for two weeks! One day he fell off the couch and was hanging by one claw and it reminded me of the movie Cliffhanger. So I named him Cliff.
Cliff the Cat?
That poor feline ... Why not "Boots?" Or "Snuggleguts?" ... LOL
Is that the rule? Did I break pet-naming protocol?
Just picture him/her as a cute puppy!
If you can name a baby well ahead of time, shouldn't you be able to do the same for a pooch?
umm ... I wouldn't call YOU snookums ... let alone a mutt!
Did Leg like humpin' legs?
Eddie: Howzabout Reagan? LOL
murphy: I swear to god my dad got mad at us for fighting over what to name a new puppy once ... that he proclaimed its name to be "Dog." And so it was.
Just name it Dzer. or cupcake. LOL.
I can't name my pooch after myself ... people in the park will think I'm schizo if I'm out there yellin' "DZER! C'mere boy!" ... LOL
and howzabout I call you cupcake, cupcake? ;)
sometimes, you are just TOO cute.
now is not one of those times LOL
Aren't you the one who said you need to see a picture of the dog first? And now, all the of the sudden, it's Dogzer? LOL
