... because this is what I get to see driving around during lunch running errands. What views do YOU get when you're doing errands? Heh!
They're clearing out some land in Tamuning, beach-side. A month or so ago, I wouldn't have been able to take this pic (from the road, where I stopped LOL), but they've stripped away the boondocks. Word has it that it will be a wedding chapel type of place, with a focus on the Japanese wedding market. There already is a similar type chapel down the road. The view is great, and gets better at dusk, because you get the sun setting over the ocean.
East Agana Bay, as shot from Paseo de Susanna. Check out the little swirls of clouds. Ain't it purty?
A little bit of shade on the other side of East Agana Bay, almost opposite of the top picture.

chrissie: I know I am! Thanks!
murphy: Leaf it alone, man! Trunks a lot!
jesus doz, I think I'm trading in my trip to Vegas to come to Guam.
Does big-daddy doz have somewhere I can crash for a weekend?
I have no doubt you're clearing a spot right now.... on your face perhaps?
damn, I guess I better take some more pics then ...
and feel free to cop a squat anywhere you like, darlin'
and I was serious in my comment ... I should have some new stories to post soon ;)
love it big daddy.
*big kiss on cheek*
don't disappoint.....
I'll strive not to, darlin' ... can't leave you all unsatisfied, now could I?
well in her case she seems hella competent to fix it herself if you do *grin*
sass: don't give me any sass! umm ... wait a minute ... go ahead ... sass me ;)
eddie: the crime rate isn't really all that bad here. I think there have only been four homicides this year, possibly five. Unemployment is high, but there are also a lot of jobs open.
Health care on island could be much better, that's true, but there has been some positive movement forward there.
Any place you live there will be negatives along with positives.
You'd like the fact that we have a conservative Republican Legislature and governor ...
I love the pics! I miss living near the beach! :(
t-money: maybe you can come visit with the naughty one ... two birds with one Guam, and all that ;)
lilith: thanks, darlin' ... and sorry you don't have the beach access anymore. I'm literally like 300 yards from the ocean, if that far ;)
Doz, really... Now show me the picture of the pet shop.
I'm trying to pool for you. Really going to give it my best.
Hopefully you won't be called pig fucker.
Uh.
Well, it's 3:30 a.m. here ... I'll see if I can get you the pic later today, when there's light enough to shoot ;)
and thanks, darlin' ... I think my "record" for comments is 20-something LOL
I have been called worse, btw ;)
and I think I need to be around to reply to comments to make the pool thing work ... and 330 is my bedtime ... but I promise to dream sultry, sexy, sensual thoughts about you and T ... my scenario for you two involves a chance meeting ... she's locked out of her car in a driving rain ... completely soaked, angry and near tears ... when good samaritan (enter you) ... offering your apartment so she can get dry and call a locksmith ...
OK ... the bed is calling now ... ;)
what pool?
also i want to visit also. just can't pay for it anytime soon :(
also... my comments have been sparse but good lately... and i remember you sulking once that yours never got over five!
eddie: Part of the reason is that 95 percent or so of Chamorros are Catholic, and the biggest minority group, Filipinos, are also Catholic. Catholics tend to be conservative — anti gun control, anti abortion.
and while there is no sales tax, we have a groos receipts tax that is factored into pricing.
sass: when you can afford the airfare, the room and board will be on me ;)
allison: aw, ya poor thing. Of course, you're welcome to visit too. ;)
Thanks, Hick ...
