Landlord of the building needs to get from from utility, then get inspection by gov't. agency, then utility will reconnect power.
So far, none of that's been done.
And boy, oh boy does it suck.

I'd be hurting someone by now! You should be reimbursed for rent or the LL should be paying to put you up in a hotel, at the very least! Arrrrrggghh! Grrrrr! and Sheesh!
