Get off your rumpus and go get that dog that you talked about so long ago. I will tell you that I adopted a doberman recently and have never felt so loved or wanted by any human being....not to mention I take her walking 5 miles a night. The solution to the world being a really sucky place is to get a dog !!

and lisa makes a good point. i've seen the benefits of dog ownership in a good friend of mine who's struggled with depression and anxiety for years.
