"Pacing through the forest,
Chewing the food of sweet and bitter fancy."
— As You Like It
Well, truth be told I didn't go pacing through any forest.

I went to Shirley's Coffee Shop, the Tamuning branch, for lunch.

Good lunch. Nothing fancy, nothing costly, just something that really hit the spot. I had one of my favorite comfort foods — meatloaf with steamed rice sprinkled with soy sauce. Mmmm ...

Now that I think about it, I should have ordered another to go ... then tomorrow I could have enjoyed cold meatloaf sammiches for lunch. Rats.

I love meatloaf too. Nothing quite like getting your teeth in to some meat. LOL.

Soy sauce is yummy.

So is meatloaf.

I think rats are kind of cool, even though they're a little scary too.

strumpet: they are both yummy ... as for rats, are you talking about the "pet" rats? or the giant, dog-sized, disease-ridden wharf rats that can chew through sheetrock? LOL

Pet rats.

Sheetrock? REALLY??

strumpet: I once saw a rat so big I thought it has escaped from the Fire Swamp of "The Princess Bride." LOL
